Birthday Fishes!

When the occasions mini catalog arrived in my mailbox, the first stamp set that caught my eye was "Just Beachy". I knew I had to have it! I love the facial expressions on the fish. This is the perfect set for scrapping all of those summer beach trips.

This card was one of the projects for my stamp club. We meet once a month and make 3 projects. If you want to learn more, send me an email and I would be happy to get the information to you!

To line up the fish, you definitely want to use the Stamp-a-ma-jig (a must have tool!). I lined up my whisper white cardstock (4x4) with the measurements on my grid paper to make it easier to center each fish with in a one inch square. You can't see it in the picture, but I also added crystal effects to the eyes.

Supplies:

  • cardstock- Kiwi Kiss, Ridinghood Red, Baja Breeze, Whisper White
  • ink- Ridinghood Red, Kiwi Kiss, Basic Black
  • accessories- scallop edge punch, blender pens, crystal effects
  • stamps- Just Beachy, All Holidays
